Charles Michael Masner has Bachelors’ degrees in Political Science and Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of Kansas. He has a Master’s in Education and School Psychology from Emporia State University. He has a Master’s in Law from George Washington University. He has a Doctorate in Law from Washburn University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, with a Concentration in Child, Family, and School Psychology, from the University of Denver. He has worked as a school psychologist, lawyer, and teacher. He now lives and works as a writer in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
